Parent/Child Dedication Interest Form

We are so excited that you are interested in dedicating your child! Please fill out the following information so we can best serve your family!

Grace Community Church strongly believes that the church is your family. We encourage families that are actively attending Grace to participate in our parent/child dedication. This dedication happens for both the parents and the child because we know that the family needs prayer and support from the church while raising their children in Christ centered homes. 

Please note that this is not a baptism as we believe that baptism is a choice once the individual is capable of making that decision on their own.
